I have added the section to the 3.5 release page on the site.
BTW ... if I read various threads on this, MSO cannot import ODF1.2 
properly even with the "Repair" option. Should we not be suggesting to 
users wishing to work with documents on both LibreOffice and MSO that 
they save their documents in .doc format?
Of course, users who are not using MSO would not have to bother and let 
LibreOffice in ODF 1.2 file format?
