sorry for the double post but didn't want my last post misunderstood.

Yes, we should list libreofficeforum somewhere on our site under
get-help.

Whether we have an official forum or not is not the point - the point is
that I and others am unsympathetic to this idea of a walled garden with
respect to the LibreOffice community - it does not, or should not, IMO
stop at the domain name.

As for a forum here - just to restate my opinion.

I believe the askBot service should be rolled out and given a chance to
take hold before rolling out any BBS style forum.
