Hi,

2011/11/29 jumbo444 <jumbo4444@yahoo.fr>:
Math equation rendering is still missing on our wiki. This causes unreadable
pages for Math module:
http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/FR/Math
http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/FR/FAQ/Math/001
and so on for all the FAQ.

From page http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Formula
it is said
"To have math rendered, you have to set $wgUseTeX = true; in
LocalSettings.php."

Is it possible to have it on our wiki?

If you have read the linked pages from mediawiki you should have noted
that this is about rendering formulas in a special syntax.
Did you test that? I can not see any syntax like this on the mentioned
Math-pages.

PS Request already post on https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/NewWiki

Questions like this should always go to this mailing-list for better awareness.

Bye

Volker
