Thanks - so ca_AD is one of the few locales that are not supported by
the backend (or more precise by the Zend-Framework that is used by
silverstripe) - I will reset your CMS-Language preference to en-US,
that will allow you to login.
You can choose another language if you prefer, but Sinhala, Esperanto,
es_419 (latin america spanish), and now Catalan are known not to work
as CMS-language (but they work as document/page language)
