So the licensing for the one I linked is fine. Also is it possible to have a
page for reviewers to be able to use as a reference?

I am looking at
extensions-test.libreoffice.org/extension-center/copy-only-visible-cells.

The issue i see is that there is no section so that the author can state
what license they are licensing the extension under.

This makes it harder to see if the extension is licensed as the TDF
would like them to be

you can in your role as manager see the license only on the release page.
It is
posible to create releases under different licenses (that fits into our
pattern). It
is also posible to publish a release under more than one license
(currently there are
three licenses posible).
