Hi,
Oh well, my last message with questions about how to upload, licensing,
etc resolved itself. However, I uploaded the extension, but when it came
to giving the file a name, merely specified Extension Package.
This was transformed into a link "extension-package", which when clicked
on from Firefox, suggests to open the file in TextEdit, i.e. the file
isn't recognised by Firefox as an OXT, and thus does not propose for it
to be directly opened by one of the OOo/Neo/LibreOffice apps. The help
text that accompanies the field you have to fill in when you give the
file name implies that what will be displayed is the actual name of the
file. However, as per the example above, this is not the case. Any way
of correcting this ? I guess the easiest way is to tell people to type
in the full name of the file ?
Alex
