Well there are some infos available when you choose 'Website project'
from the dropdown on top of the admin interface, however you can ask
here anytime too.
Btw, we already have a blog for the Persian team at
http://libreoffice.ir/blog/ as a place to talk about the localization
efforts.
You might consider adding it to planet.tdf,
