[libreoffice-website] Update to footer of libreoffice.org, conference.libreoffice.org and challenge.documentationfoundation.org

Hi Christian, Erich, all,

I'd like to suggest updating the footer of libreoffice.org,
conference.libreoffice.org and challenge.documentationfoundation.org.
At the moment, the footer is split with a <br /> in the middle, and
there are a couple of small grammar/punctutation issues in the
English.

Also, I'd like to suggest that we give credit to the SilverStripe
project, since we use their CMS. It just seems to me to be a matter of
courtesy and good FOSS neighborliness to give credit when we use other
FOSS products...

Thus, the text I'd propose for the footer woud be as follows:

"Privacy Policy | Impressum (Legal Info) | Copyright, trademark and
licensing information: Unless otherwise specified, all text, images
and other content on this website are licensed under the Creative
Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 License. The source code of
LibreOffice is licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License
(LGPLv3). "LibreOffice" and "The Document Foundation" are registered
trademarks. Their respective logos and icons are subject to
international copyright laws. The use of them is therefore subject to
The Document Foundation's trademark policy. This site is powered by
SilverStripe, an Open Source product under the BSD license."

The links in the text concerning LibreOffice and TDF would remain as
present. For the SilverStripe credit, the word "SilverStripe" would
link to [1] and the words "BSD license" would link to [2].

IMHO, this would give a nice, clean-looking footer in perfect English,
containing all the desirable info. What do you think?
