It's answered already: No, I did it manually, (copying the html source
into an editor that supports find & replace, then copy back) and did
request publication for those (in order to have a collection of what
page are affected that can then processed at once).

While in theory it would be possible to do it in the database, I
didn't take this approach, since I dislike the idea of having things
changed "under the hood", bypassing the system. (rather than directly
in the database, I would have done it programmatically by the cms
functions to get proper version entries and the like, but for that I
would have had to write some php)
