[libreoffice-website] [Wiki] [CMS] Special Page:EmailUser

Hi Wikiadmins,
if there is a change on a wikipage which I have on my watchlist I get an 
email. There it is a notice:

> Contact the editor:
> mail:
> http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Special:EmailUser/(name of the user)

But when I'm following such a link I get the message that there is no 
such special page.
Is it possible to get such a page? So it is easier to talk to the person 
who made the changes.
