Hi,

Christian Lohmaier wrote on 2011-05-25 15.11:

/me still would have preferred the "www.libreoffice.org" alias, as the
global was rejected at the time we were looking for archive urls and
that time settled for listarchives.libreoffice.org/www/ as namespace
for those lists, but well....

I asked a few times on the list, and the majority was for global, so I've taken that. It would be good if we then could move the archives from /www to /global :-)

As this will split the sxisting archives on mail-archive.com and other
archives in two - shall we contact them and ask for moving/migrating
them accordingly, or are you fine with having a split archive?

I today e-mailed them, asking if we can easily rename the archives at their side (sorry, I forgot to mention that here). Will keep you posted when I know if it works.
