Sorry, but still do not understand.

My question is: We use the Wiki to produce the BrOffice Magazine and
uploads
several files that can be erased after launch, but never deleted anything
before because I never found this option in the wiki.

Can you please give us as example a link of a file which you want to delete
so that we can show were maybe the problem is?

For example:

http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/File:Palestra_rede_projetos.odp

How can I delete this file once, it will no longer be used?

Deletion of content is limited to the wiki admins.

You can only add the deletion template (as I did now) and give a
reason why you want this page/file to be deleted. The admins are
looking on the deletion requests reguarly and if nobody complains the
page will be deleted.

Bye

Volker
