Anyone willing to help?
Feel free to count me in, Charles.
Thanks, so, we're going to need three things for the online preparation of
the conference.
- the call for paper page and papers submission backend.
- actual information page about the conference.
* call for papers page and papers submission backend.
Let's keep things very simple. I'll draft the text for the CfP page. We
would then need a document template so that people write their abstracts and
submit it. We would need to have at least 4, probably 5 places (for each
track) where people can upload their completed abstracts.
* I can and will progressively put up more information about the conference.
I can just send to anyone with edit rights to have that on the conference
page.
We will have a registration process online, that's sure. But perhaps we
could ask for some of our local help (Silicon Sentier) to help us with that
(they would put up the registration website and back end).
Any comments?
Best,
Charles.
