Hi Drew, as Florian is the person with the best overview of our
infrastructure, I think that you should ping him just in case he is not
subscribed to the website mailing list (I am almost sure he is). But as
Sophie has already told you, you basically don't need to do anything.

The IRC channel @documentfoundation is on the freenode server.

you can of course use it if you want. However, you can also create your
own. In IRC, you can register channels, but you don't have to.

Right, well I don't have a strong opinion one way or the other on a
channel name for this meeting, and to be totally honest, I asked for the
TDF channel to make two points, the first what this is about and the
second to be unambiguous as to what it is _not_ about.

How about a plan to use the TDF and if it is busy (time is our friend
here I think) then we can just open a different one and jump over to it
- at least for this 1st meeting.

Thanks

Drew
