Hi all,
on the developer list someone posted that installing the Beta (3.4.1 and
3.4.2) removed his stable version of LibreOffice on Windows 7 even if he
wanted to install it in a different folder.
On Ubuntu his LibO 3.3.2 had been removed too. [1]
From what I read in the past, this problem is not new, but I think it
should be addressed as soon as possible to avoid even more negative
feedback after the problems with Beta 1.
If people have been able to install Beta 2 with standard installation
procedure without affecting their stable version, please ignore this mail.
But otherwise we should add a warning and an explanation how to install
the Beta without affecting the existing version.
Best regards
Bernhard
