I have read in Wikipedia that subpages must be enabled for the namespace
to work as expected. Therefore an admin must activate subpages in
namespaces (perhaps also for each namespace separately - I don't know).

Is there any admin who can do so? Or isn't it desired (why not?) to
activate this?

My first steps for a long time in speaking English. But it takes so long
time and time and time ... to do so.
