Without even reading the list, I would guess that these features are
present in LibO, but not in OOo.

Then, perhaps, if this is the case and it is tied in specifically to OOo, we should say so. If I had never used OOo, then I would have no idea of the meaning behind this sentence.

We need to be clear in our statements.
