As the funding amount of 50k Euro is approaching its goal, will we cut the funding drive off once it reaches 50K or will we stay the course for the balance of remaining days? I would vote to keep going for the course of the remaining days as per SC decision:

"All donations will be used for setting-up The Document Foundation, and after the fifty thousand Euro has been collected for the capital stock, donations over the top of that sum will be fed directly into the future foundation's budget to cover operating costs."

If we do stay the course and keep the funding open for the remaining days, I would propose that we make provisions on amending banner to show an amount larger than the 50K once it has been reached and leave the bar open with no target amount showing other than the 50K has been reached.

There should also be content written up to explain the reason for the continued fundraiser with explanation of where the funds can/will be applied.

This should be planned out before the 50K amount is reached.

The fund raising event has been great in bringing in the community together. Again, hats off to all organisers of the event.

Cheers

Marc
