A good solution would be to have an own menu item "LibreOffice" that has
its dedicated (small) page on the challenge website. Just a few
sentences outlining LibreOffice and providing a link in the text to
switch to the main website. This would make things pretty clear.

Yes, that was my second suggestion. Now that I think of it. Best not to
confuse the visitor who's first intention was to help with funding. We
wouldn't want that visitor to stray too far from the challenge site. :-)
