It would also be nice while tweaking this to add comma separation. e.g.:
"Available translations of this page: French, German and Spanish "
"Available translations of this page: <a>French</a>, <a>German</a> and
<a>Spanish</a> "

I think the French language translation is coming and if the list is in
alphabetical order there will be no perception of favouritism in placement
order. I know there was no favouritism in placement to start off with, it's
just to avoid any thoughts of this kind. Alphabetical listing is evident to
all of us when we see it.
