Basically: Yes.

We need to work on most of the pages to reduce the amount of text and 
add more graphical content.

While we wanted to avoid third level navigation where possible, I think 
that this is not possible, if we want to keep this content on the 
website and not move it to the wiki.

Coordination should be done in collaboration with Ivan and Christoph, 
but someone / several people will have to *do* the work - as both of 
them spend as much of their time as possible for LibreOffice.

But back to the "new features" page:

I don't know if this page will stay in this length or will become 
shorter from time to time.

It depends mainly on what we decide are "new" features:

Features introduced since the last major version (LibO 3.0 -> LibO 4.0)

Features introduced since the last minor version (LibO 3.3 -> LibO 3.4)

Features introduced since the last micro version
(LibO 3.3.0 -> LibO 3.3.1)

My idea would be a possibility to change between these different subsets 
for the visitor (and keeping the structure based on the 
sub-applications) - as well as a search function for specific 
features/fixes.

Perhaps this would be easier to create and maintain (as an option to add 
the features/fixes by their developers - together with screenshots they 
took while testing it), but this is open to discussion.

I added Michael Meeks to CC, because he has been the driving force 
behind this page.

A slideshow containing not only screenshots, but text too might be 
possible, but I can't imagine how this will work hierarchically.

We already have Colorbox - a possibility to integrate single images and 
a line of images to the page.
