[libreoffice-website] Localization page, please let it I've done it - thanks!

Hi all,

Could you please let the localization page as I've set it up.

Localization is about UI and HC2, so please don't mix it up with otheritem. It is *very important* that no language is highlited in this page.And that it describe only the work done by the localizer.

Thank you very much in advance, I'm reverting it to the version I'vework this morning.
