I am helping with finding some nice templates for the distro. I am looking for a little direction as to what technical aspects that I should take into account before embarking on this (licensing and branding issues). Are we allowed to hold some of these on our website or is it just better to point to these from our website? I am also particularly concerned with pointing to a large repository of templates where the site owners may decide to arbitrarily move the archives to a different location thereby breaking our links to their archives.
