I'm also highly interested in LimeSurvey, since we (TDF, Design
Team, ...) will need surveys from time to time. It would be great to
know when there is a test system - also no hurry from my side, but great
interest ;-)

Sophie, are you thinking about the new beta version (1.9) or the older
one? The more recent (but not yet stable version) seems to greatly ease
the creation of surveys/questionnaires. A test version is available
here:
