That is because it's a redirect to the get-involved/developers page
(i.e. a subpage of the "get-involved" page). So technically it is
expected behavior, although might not be what the user expects....
Yes, I don't think this is what the user would expect. It will make some
people click on it a second time to make sure they are on the right page.
