Someone™ added manual redirects to the apache-configuration, thus now
it is necessary to explicilty tell apache about it, previously
silverstripe could manage it by itself....
Need to check up on the reasons behind this... until then, I added
pt-br explicitly.
note that pt-br.libreoffice.org will still show a 404 because there
doesn't exist a home-page yet (https://pt-br.libreoffice.org/admin
however will work now)
