Thanks for the notice - it is my fault. The last update of
silverstripe did increase the length of the hash, (and also uses
better random-number generator to create that hash). But I forgot to
run the "rebuild database" command after the update, so the generated
hash could not be saved in the full length into the database (but the
full-length hash was included in the mail).

Thus when you visited the change-password page with
"hashashashlongerthanbefore", it compares it against the hash it
stored in the database and
"hashashashlongerthanbefore" is different from "hashashash", thus it
was treated as invalid.

It would have worked if you shortened the hash to 30 characters

But enough of the details - the problem is fixed now, please request
another document-reset pw and then the link should work/allow you to
enter a new password.
