Hi Christian,

Never experienced that myself... (and got no reports in that direction
from other users yet)

It happened a lot yesterday, but perhaps it was a bandwidth problem my
end, wouldn't be the first time, as I'm at the end of the DSL loop and
more people are coming on upstream.

How is that "freeze" manifesting itself? Browser doesn't react
anymore? Or what is displayed?

OK, more detail to see if you can extract any further info :
I was working on the French subsite. I wanted to change to the German
subsite and so clicked on the button at the top middle of the page that
allows you to switch from one project to another.

I saw the beginnings of change in display of the sub-window on the
left-hand side, I assume that it loads a CSS then awaits the data from
the database in order to be able to redraw the links that are available
to me within the German subsite. While it is attempting to do this, the
whole thing freezes, just sort of stops, and I get screen corruption in
that subwindow on the left-hand side, something which looks like a
smeared blue blob. Then nothing else happens. If I try and refresh the
page, I get taken back to where I was previously.

If you got the firebug extension isntalled, does it show anything on
the error-console?

I don't have the firebug extension installed, I guess I ought to check
it out.

I'll try connecting again a little later, and if I can get a screenshot
showing the display corruption, I'll put one up somewhere.

Alex
