Now that said - there is a reason that this feature was turned off by
default - it is 100$ tied to the physical structure of the wiki pages,
this may not be the path we want to present to the wiki user.
This is not the point to stop and talk about this - but depending on how
we want to use the wiki this feature may or may not be a benefit, and in
a few use cases it is quite the unwanted distraction...but _not_ IMO for
today's discussion...just wanted to raise awareness for use in later
decision discussions.
