Hi,

I just noticed that a forward from De -> DE/Main_Page has been removed
giving the reason "wrong Namespace".

While this might be fomrally correct, I did the forward for exactly
the reason that the wrong Namespace "De" will not be used, but the
user will be directed to the correct startpage instead.

Imho, we should it make easier for users, who might type the wrong
url.

I'd ask to have this forward back in place again.
