 Drupal looks like a nice option to me. My experience with 'Accessibility
friendly' sites drove me to chose Drupal over Joomla, for instance. This is an
adventurer comment since I do not know LibreOffice site requirements, though.

Elsewhere in another email I put forward the idea of using an enterprise wiki (specifically, 
Foswiki, with its robust access controls) as a core part of the site, even perhaps using it for 
the site homepage, download page, and others.

What do you all think?
