As an aside, was there no means to establish UNO commands per deck and still
leave the deck order / shortcut sequence user 'customizable'?
As the decks are UNO command it will be fully customizable. Advantage of the
rigid sequence is that you not have to remember whether the Navigator is on 4
or 5 depending on deck position. It's always #4.
