Was looking for the duplicate but couldn't find the exact match. But worth to
take a look anyway

bug 129886 Save Untitled document uses Path set in Options rather than
"last-used" directory
bug 129292 Writer uses the last-used directory for opening and saving files,
ignoring the setting in Options > Paths > My Documents
bug 126665 [RFE] remember location where last file was saved - across LO
modules
In particular the last ticket is striking to me. You work on <Foo> at one
directory with both text and sheets at the same place. The predefined
directory-pre-module with Documents/Texts, Documents/Sheets etc. is for sure
less common (and sounds wrong to me).
