Expected Results:
Extend the number of page styles to custom styles or don't limit. Maybe be
able to use the first page as a cover (regardless of style)

I don't see the use case, since you can customize style "First Page".

So there is a very serious problem with the help...
Reads pretty much as "not a bug" to me. Your comments are read by many people
(CC ux-advice) and if you make a point you may get support. Another option in
case you disagree with the resolution is to reopen the ticket.
