I'm sorry, but I don't see comment 4 relevant to this "Export to CSV" RFE at
all; and so I don't see how this is necessary for batch-process.

We definitely need some centralized infra for disabled dialogs - possibly
per-module, like dedicated options tab under each module... but that's a
separate task.
