I do not see a problem in LO 7 rc1. Indeed Width/Height and Resolution have
their own unit respectively and the user can change them independently if she
is not happy with the default.
In the French UI, units are, by default, what is defined in Tools > Options >
LibreOffice Draw > General for Width & Height and pixels/cm for the resolution.
As I do not have reference in pixels/cm, I prefer pixels/inch for the
resolution.
