In general, I'm for a per-control setting of units (see bug 72662). DPI should
be by default in dots per inch but if the user wants to change this it should
be easier than going into the options.
In this particular case, given the flexible solution takes time to implement, I
don't see benefit from px/cm and would hard-code it to dpi (px/in).
