We could add:
"LibreOffice is Free Software and is made available free of charge. Please

To sum up the discussion (for reasons see the other comments):
- not giving any "intended" audience
- not referring to an "edition"
- not using the terms "private", "individual" or "personal"


As the criticized change seems to be cherry picked for LO 7.0., please classify
this bug as a "Regression".
