Example file from Excel with a beautiful custom style

Excel has a feature for importing (custom) cell styles from another
spreadsheet. It might be useful to have a similar feature in Calc too, since
Writer already has.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Create a custom cell style in Excel, save the file.
    2. Open a new spreadsheet and go to Cell Stlyes – Merge Styles.
    3. Select the previously created file to import the custom style.

Actual results:
No similar feature in Calc.

Expected results:
Style import dialog similar to Writers Styles -> Load Styles dialog.
Currently it is only possible to save a template with custom styles and then
use that for new spreadsheets.
Idea is that transferring nice styles from one file to another can be useful in
one-off scenarios.
