Now knowing what I should be looking for (insert grumble and rant about being
as clear as mud to get that point), the pages consistently wind up where they
should be. Almost. While the Navigator up/down arrows put the top of the
page(s) at the top of the screen, as expected, using "To Begin of Previous|Next
Page" puts the page splits loosely a third of the screen height from the top of
screen when scrolling through previous pages, and loosely a third of screen
height from the bottom of the screen.
The take-away is what the Navigator bar does, doesn't match what "To Begin of
Previous|Next Page" does.
