Better? Could also scale the image depending on the initial size.

Yes, that is more reasonable--now fits between the "a" in Drop a, and the "e"
in create one.  

Scaling when resizing StartCenter might be visually appealing. Currently while
the welcome text wraps, we just clip the graphic when reducing StartCenter
width.  Expect we would start to scale once the Welcome/MRU pane width reaches
width of artwork--shrink it from there as text continues its wrap.
