I think this needs further discussion, probably a separate bug.
Currently, double clicking named objects in the navigator moves the cursor. Or
at least, it does for headings and tables. I haven't tested everything.
But page navigation currently works differently. No matter what you pick in the
compass menu, the previous/next buttons do not move the cursor. So we would
have to consider the cursor should always move, never move (as it is now), or
whether it should vary for each object type.
