I've hacked together a couple of uno commands to do page up and page down
like the Navigate By control when the Page element is selected. These
commands move the cursor to the start of the page unlike the Navigate By
control which does not. Attached is a video demonstration. Let me know if
I'm on the right track.
@Jim, looks good. But not sure the labeling as next/previous "physical" page is
the best description.
