1. Change the default behavior such that an export from ODT to DOCX
   changes colors as little as possible.

   I now understand there is an option under
     Options -> Tools -> Load/Save -> Microsoft
   re shading vs highlighting, but this is rather hidden and as a user
   the primary expectation is one of interoperability where possible.

I'm not a fan of changing the default behavior back and there.
You see only your own problem now, but other users had a problem with
exporting this color as MSO shading, because they could not change the
character background when they opened the document in MSO. In MSO, shading
is kinda hidden on the UI, while highlight tools is the obvious item to use
for character background. So both options cause interoperability issues. So
I don't think that changing the default value back and there will improve
the situation in general.

But I'm exhausted by this. So I'll change the default behavior and I'll point
this bug out for those users who will complain about the new default.
