Okay, confirmed that renaming Text is not possible as it is known from the
Navigator in default edit mode for any object (but not in the master view
mode).
Question to me is whether this function is really needed. You don't add much
text to the master that naming those section is necessary. And other than that
it's indexes that can be added, ToC, ToF etc. well named.
So to me it's a WFM but no objection to add the rename functionality.
