You can assign a shortcut yourself (Tools > Customize: Keyboard, Clone, Alt+K,
Modify). Use then alt+k + click to copy the formatting. Is that enough?
I don't see an option to customize the sticky mode on double-click (and
wouldn't enhance that further) or how to execute the paste operation without
left-click. Meaning we would have to introduce a "Copy Formatting" (or rather
Copy Special) and a "Paste Format" command. That turns all the logic with Paste
Special and Clone Formatting upside down.
