Yes
If so, it's not a style but a special function that removes the underline
from characters with descenders or maybe some property of the font (not sure
that something like underline thickness of zero works).
But even it is not a style frome a technical point of view, I assume, that most
users (for example Christoph and I) will see this as a style. This should be
taken into account, if LO decides to implement it.
