In the menu there is also Page.
How would be with plural? Pages | Shapes
With singular: Page | Shape
In fact you customize a "page" and insert a "shape".
My opinion is to keep like it is now.
Contents of the Shape menu entry is a set of commands and actions on one or
more shapes -> plural.
As for Page menu entry, I see actions on a single page only -> singular.
