1) there are no way to add easly a heading for endnotes (there is a dirty
workaraound)

2) it's impossible to add page after EndNotes
Seems to be related to bug 102835
At least a workaround could be to work with a master document (but I don't
know).
3) There are many issue on endnote from long time ago
Yes, so please have a look at them, before you file a new bug report to avoid
duplicates.
It's not really clear to me what's your idea with "handle endnote like the list
of figure"
