Proposed customize keyboard dialog
This is a proposal to update customize keyboard dialog.
That's a poor man's solution. Text with the caption describing the interaction
is always a clear indicator of an usability issue and not the solution.
Slightly better when this text goes into the tooltip.
What I actually would like is a solution that picks up what we changed on the
other tabs. In the original proposal we dropped the tab and let users assign
the shortcut at the command itself.
